Rushford Hypersonic was founded in
2007 to utilize the patented Hypersonic Plasma Particle Desposition (HPPD) and focused particle beam process, developed by the University of Minnesota.

Rushford Hypersonic is constantly expanding our equipment line to offer the newest
technologies to you, our customer. Rushford Hypersonic is on its way to becoming the major global supplier of HPPD coating applications in the market of today, and tomorrow.

Rushford Hypersonic is proud to annouce the completion of the world's first HPPD machine built for commericial purposes. This machine is currently undergoing testing and is expected to begin production as early as mid-July.
Also, a 2nd Cambridge Scanning Electron Microscope was added to the research lab in May.
